Thank you for shopping with GamerzMoble. We stand behind the quality of our high-performance mobile gaming gear. Because we source premium hardware, our return guidelines are strictly enforced to protect product integrity and maintain high testing standards.
1. The 30-Day Coverage Window
We offer a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date your item is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a formal return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:
- Unused, unworn, and unmounted.
- Completely free of cosmetic scratches, dust, or wear.
- Packed securely inside its original manufacturer retail packaging with all structural foam, plastic seals, manual booklets, and accessory cables intact.
You will also need to provide your original order number or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned opened, damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of heavy testing will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Tech Hardware
We take hardware performance seriously. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If a cooling fan, controller, or cable is physically defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery.
To expedite a free replacement or store credit, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the hardware fault.
- A clear, short video clip or photo showing the damage or proof that the item is non-functional.
3. Ineligible Items & Final Sale Restrictions
Certain types of inventory cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Hygiene Items: In-ear gaming earbuds, headsets, or foam ear-tips that have been unsealed or opened.
- Final Sale Items: Any product purchased from a dedicated "Clearance" or "Sale" collection, or explicitly marked as Final Sale on the product page. These items are completely non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Smartphone Purchases: Smartphone hardware recommended on our site is fulfilled directly via external manufacturer affiliate portals (like Asus or RedMagic). GamerzMoble does not handle transactions, warranties, or shipping for smartphone devices. Any returns or defects regarding a phone must be managed directly through that specific manufacturer's customer service channels.
4. The Return Process
To start a return, you must contact our support team at [Your Support Email]. If your return request is approved, we will issue a formal return authorization and send you precise shipping instructions on where to send your package.
- Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return will be automatically rejected.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Restocking Fees
To offset processing overhead and repackaging logistics for high-end electronics accessories, all approved returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., changed your mind, didn't fit, ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted automatically from your final refund amount.
6. Refunds & Processing Times
Once your return package is delivered to our inspection hub, our team will audit the hardware condition. We will notify you via email whether your refund has been officially approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company can take additional processing time to clear and post the funds to your account statement.
